forecast ko sa final four:
1. ateneo - lakas ni buenafe, plus tiu -
2. la salle - lamang sa experience
3. u.e. - pre-tourney favorite
4. labo-labo na to sa natitirang team, hehehe,

Buenafe, once studied by the coaches, will get his come-uppance when the defense works on him - right now, nagugulat lang sila.

He should play the way he does, given the 1.5M Ateneo gave him to sign with the school.

I GUESS IT'S "MAKE HAY WHILE THE SUN SHINES" DI BA? NOW YOU KNOW THE VALUES THAT BASKETBALL PLAYERS HAVE, FED BY SCHOOLS WITH WIN-AT-ALL-COSTS ATTITUDES.

How Sure are you in the legitimacy of your information? Let's not bad mouth any school for getting this strong player or gettin that player. These players signed on to these schools because they believe that they can get a good education and training. The UAAP has grade requirements before players can play. In Ateneo all players attend classes and have tutorial sessions to help them given their tight schedules in playing games. Proof that Players DO REALLY STUDY, for example is Chris Tiu, who Graduated the Honors Course of Management Engineering and now is taking up his 2nd Major which is, Applied Mathematics in Finance. He also took his Junior term abroad in France.

Bottom line is, get facts right, don't sour grape about players that this or that school did not get. Let the basketball game do the talking.

according to rumors about Baracael being shot, may chismis na tumanggap daw sya ng pera (suhol) para ipatalo nya ang isa sa mga games ng FEU but he didn't do it and he accepted the money.. Kaya tinambangan daw sya..

No sour graping here, or bad mouthing - just calling a spade a spade. Facts are straight buddy - straight from the horses mouth, which is faculty of ateneo hs and alumni. DLSU is no saint either - players practically don't attend classes, or what they call the "athlete's block."

Chris Tiu is a great example, I admire him but how many are like him?

Dalwa scenario lang iyan:

1. It was game fixing related which is rampant in the college leagues like ncaa and uaap;

2. Or..may pinatulan babae yan na hindi dapat pinatulan.

What is disturbing is that it looks like a real hitman job - given that the shooter even had a silencer on the .45 cal pistol.

Most probably, game-fixing related yan.

[b]Also, how many can afford what Chris Tiu does? Fact is, this great scholar and basketball player, doesn't even have to work another day in his life given what their family has in terms of business interests which spans almost all industries.

Start na mamaya ng 2nd round...

Sana maging competitive ang laro ng UE and DLSU. Wag sana matulad sa freakish game the last time na injuries galore ang nangyari.
