NEED HELP OF THE MASTERS AND SOME DOCTORS??

guys of RL need some help hir i got a problem during doing it.. last time nag check in ako with my friend tapos syempre tinry q kung papayag pumyag nmn pa unti unti ang problema napahiya lng ako... tatlong beses nmn ginawa pero sobrang bilis ko nmn nilabasan ka bad3p tlga .... any tips??

Kapatid, medyo di ko maintindihan ang sinabi mo, pero kung ang problema ay madali kang labasan, eto payo ko:

1. relax ka lang baka masyadong excited (ang problem kasi sa mga sabik, either madali or mahirap labasan)
2. kung hindi yun, concentrate ka sa erection (personal experience, kung gusto mong tumagal ng higit 4 na oras, reco ko to)
3. live or with condom? May mga CD na may pampatagal.

anu yun cd na pampatagal sa quiapo ba makabili nyan master

try to change your focus .. think of something negative (eg bills, work etc) do this when your starting to build up na works everytime

pag lalabasan ka na...
try thinking of gross things...(eg. sandamukal na patay na daga, tae, taong kumakain ng utak ng ipis...etc.)
