I said maybe....its just a suggestion. I am not saying we definitely should naturalize the guy. Why? have you seen him play already? he may only be 6'8" but we haven't seen him play yet. Its still a possibility to either naturalize either Ekwe or him.

Kung meron tayong malalaking locals, I suggest we drive them away from our Universities and Colleges - as far as basketball training is concerned - and have Big Men experts and condition coaches train them abroad. As I see it, foot work and conditioning as well as basic post moves ang kulang sa mga local bigs natin e.

better than Japeth? why? is Japeth Aguilar the sort of barometer or standard we should use to determine if we would include a player in the National team or not? i dont think so. I think he never even played as part of the National team yet and I'm not sure too if he had experience playing International basketball besides Philippine and American basketball.

Chris Alexander i naturalized natin 7'0ft former import ng ginebra 24yr old

Hmmm...I think that is what the German National team did to NBA player Chris Kaman kaya nung last Olympics part na siya ng German NT. Malakas na nga team nila tapos nag naturalize pa. If our country could naturalize players to make our team more competetive then so can other countries, other countries stronger than us. Lumakas nga tayo pero mas lumakas pa sila lalo. I just hope that won't happen yet. hehehe what if naunahan pa tayo ng South Korea or Japan mag naturalize ng isang magaling na seven footer na european or american. yari na! hehe Garapalan na to

LOL ga-sky flakes tumalon.

Kung bata pa yang Slaughter, may pag-asa pa ma-train yan at mag-improve basta dedicated naman sya to learn and develop his skills.

in this recent Olympics, Spain was blown out by the US in their first meeting. When they met again in the Championship game, Spain almost beat USA. hindi mo pwede sabihin porket natalo mo sa first time eh siguradong matatalo mo na sa 2nd time. bilog ang bola, anything can happen in basketball.

delikado din yan. pwede tayong maubusan ng lakas agad at madrain ang energy ng di oras kung group of death ulit tayo next time. baka pagdating ng semis wala na tayong lakas. kung ako ang papipiliin, mas maganda pa din na nasa weak group tayo. siyempre din, kung weak group tayo at natambakan natin lahat ng kagroup natin, we will have a very high morale when we start to face the strong teams.

you guys think Mac Cardona should be part of the RP team lineup? or was he left out because of his one on one selfish style plays?

My 2 cents worth. There are just too many Fil Ams. While it may be true that we can't live without them, our home grown talents are being denied a chance to play for our country. Why can't we limit these "imports" to a maximum of two. Think about it, how many of those Fil Ams can sing "Bayang Magiliw" much less feel it?
